EYEWOOD Films & Photos Review: Unprofessional!

Looking for a wedding photographer/videographer and EYEWOOD Films & Photos popped up on your feed with stunning pictures and sleek videos? Hold on a sec, desi bride/groom! This review might save your D-day memories.

The Good, the Meh, and the Ugly

Let’s be real, EYEWOOD’s social media presence is FIRE. We’re talking gorgeous wedding snippets, dreamy couple shots, and everything in between. It definitely gets your heart racing for that fairytale wedding capture. But here’s the thing – social media isn’t always the whole story, especially when it comes to such a crucial part of your big day.

1. Patience is a Virtue (You’ll Need Lots of It)

My biggest gripe with EYEWOOD? The turnaround time. Buckle up because it took them THREE MONTHS to deliver my wedding highlights! Imagine the agony of waiting that long to relive those special moments. By the time I got the video, the excitement had fizzled out. Not cool, EYEWOOD.

2. Editors? Where Art Thou?

Speaking of the highlight video, let’s just say it lacked that “wow” factor. It felt like the editors put minimal effort into it. Transitions were basic, music choices seemed random, and the overall feel was just…meh.

3. Pretty Pictures, But Not Award-Winning

The photos were decent, but nothing extraordinary. They captured the basic moments, but there was a lack of creativity or that special touch that made wedding photos stand out. You know, the kind you frame and cherish forever?

4. Shaky on the Videography Front

The videography wasn’t much better. It felt amateurish at times, with shaky footage and missed angles. This is especially disappointing considering how important wedding videos are in capturing the emotions and energy of the day.

5. Money Talks, But Does It Buy Quality?

Here’s a red flag I noticed – their service seemed tiered. The more you pay, the better the photos you (supposedly) get. This whole “money equals quality” approach feels wrong. Shouldn’t all clients get their money’s worth, regardless of the package?

6. Filtered Reviews? Maybe…

Another fishy thing? Their Facebook page only showcases glowing reviews. But on their Google listing, there seem to be more realistic (read: not-so-positive) reviews like mine. This selective review display makes you wonder what they’re trying to hide.

VERDICT!

We wouldn’t want anyone else to experience the disappointment we did. While their social media might paint a perfect picture, EYEWOOD’s slow turnaround time, subpar editing, and tiered service structure left a bad taste in my mouth. There are plenty of talented wedding photographers/videographers out there who can capture your special day with the attention to detail and creativity it deserves. Do your research, read honest reviews, and find someone whose work resonates with you. After all, your wedding memories are priceless – don’t settle for anything less!
